Job summary

McKenzie Seeds is seeking an Account Manager to grow regional accounts, buying groups, and independent retailers across Canada. You will lead strategic account plans, build strong relationships, forecast demand, and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure in-store execution and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer support experience, a Bachelor's in Business Administration, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key regional accounts, buying groups, and independent retailers.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide ongoing sales and account support.
• Identify new business opportunities and help grow the existing customer base.
• Monitor inventory, sales activity, and customer needs to support strong in-store execution.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, account planning, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales forecasts, customer service, and overall account success.
