Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Rideau Centre, Ottawa, is seeking a Temporary Part Time Floor Leader to drive sales and lead the shop floor team toward an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach Sales Ambassadors, educate customers on skincare and ethical values, manage opening/closing and cash handling, and help maintain brand standards while fostering a positive, productive environment. The role involves 20.90 CAD hourly pay and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard to coach the team and adjust shop floor to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in-store and events.
• Product Passion: Continuously deepen product knowledge to make informed recommendations.
