Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a part‑time Key Lead in London, ON to ensure customers receive a quality in‑store experience. You’ll act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates and driving on‑floor performance through exceptional service and daily sales.

As part of the store leadership team, you will open/close routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni‑Channel orders, maintain displays and protect store assets. Weekend availability is required, with hours varying seasonally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory/ management experience required.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication and trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/ POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni‑Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
