Job summary

FedEx Group in Ontario is seeking a part-time courier for an interview position focused on pickup and delivery along an assigned route. You will ensure shipments conform to FedEx Canada service standards and perform related customer service tasks.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift heavy packages. Prior customer-facing experience and knowledge of Canadian regulations are assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs.
• Minimum one year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to work different schedules and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pickup and delivery on an assigned route.
