Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs.
• At least 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work varying schedules and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service features and standards.
• Perform related customer service functions as required.
