Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking a full-time Courier to perform courteous pickup and delivery duties on an assigned route in Canada. The role includes verifying shipments meet FedEx Canada service standards and providing related customer service functions.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, ability to lift and maneuver heavy packages, and at least one year of customer service experience. Some knowledge of Canadian customs is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to be flexible with schedules including holidays.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Check all shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service policies.
• Provide related customer service functions as needed.
