Job summary

Executrade is seeking a senior fleet strategy leader to drive connectivity, machine monitoring, preventive maintenance, and fleet management initiatives from Regina, Saskatchewan. You will lead a team, shape the fleet program offered as a service, and collaborate with OEMs and partners to enhance customer support and asset utilization.

The role requires strong technical acumen, leadership experience, and the ability to translate data into strategic actions that boost service quality and revenue

Qualifications

• Management experience in heavy equipment or truck service.
• Business degree or related background is an asset.
• Strong technical and diagnostic capabilities.
• Familiarity with telematics, machine monitoring, and PM programs.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Leads with innovation, quality, and excellence.
• Able to build business plans around superior service and technology.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for fleet telematics and maintenance services.
• Lead fleet program sold as a service with PM and monitoring.
• Collaborate with OEMs and suppliers.
• Oversee fleet policies and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of preventive maintenance coordinators.
• Track KPIs and report performance.
• Work with branches and sales to hit targets.
• Partner with marketing to promote fleet solutions.
