Job summary

Element Fleet Management in Canada seeks a Relationship Manager to own a portfolio of key clients, driving health, retention and growth. You will build trusted executive relationships across fleet, finance, procurement and operations, translating client needs into actionable solutions and expanding the range of Element capabilities.

The role emphasizes strategic account leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk management, with a focus on delivering measurable business value

Qualifications

• You are commercially minded, curious, and comfortable dealing with senior executives.
• You have successfully managed and grown complex B2B relationships, ideally with large enterprise customers.
• You can influence across an organization without relying on hierarchy, and clients trust you because you do what you say you will do.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship, retention and commercial growth of your assigned client portfolio.
• Maintain executive relationships with fleet, finance, procurement, operations and strategy.
• Develop a clear account strategy for every major client: current state, opportunity and growth plan.
• Lead renewals, pricing discussions, expansion opportunities, and introduction of Element products and services.
• Understand each client’s business priorities, fleet economics and operational challenges.
• Provide visibility into opportunities, risks and growth through disciplined use of Salesforce.
• Coordinate internal teams (Operations, Product, Consulting, Sales, Finance) to deliver for the client.
