Zusammenfassung

Iconic Power Systems Inc. in Calgary, AB seeks a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to ensure the company’s truck and trailer fleets meet all federal and provincial regulations, with travel to Ontario as needed.

You will administer driver qualification records, CV compliance, HOS, and ELDs, while supporting fleet technology platforms like Geotab and Fleetio. You will collaborate with Operations, Fleet Services, Health & Safety, HR, and field personnel to maintain safe, compliant, audit-ready fleet

Qualifikationen

Diploma or certificate in transportation or related field.
3–5 years of transportation compliance or fleet management experience.
Experience with Alberta and Ontario regulations preferred.

Aufgaben

Maintain compliance programs for Alberta and Ontario fleets.
Administer driver qualification files and licensing.
Coordinate vehicle registrations, inspections, and permits.
Manage Geotab and Fleetio for records and maintenance.
Monitor Hours of Service and ELDs; track logs and schedules.
Prepare compliance reports and audit readiness.
