Qualifications

• College diploma or University degree required or preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years in a coordination role, preferably in the service and repair industry.
• Experience in Heavy Truck/ Automotive industry is an asset.
• Experience in ordering parts/parts coordination is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily records of repairs and delivery.
• Handle and respond to inbound calls for repairs/service.
• Review expense reports from mechanics for approval.
• Review open service work orders to ensure costs are accounted for.
• Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all shop work.
• Maintain receipts, records, and stockroom withdrawals.
• Manage inventory for telematics in system and on ground.
• Prepare invoices for customers and send for deductions.
• Enter order information into the service ordering system to ensure accurate billing.
• Assist parts department in routine inventory counts.
