Qualifications

• 1+ year of coordination/analytical experience in service, maintenance, or repair operations.
• Experience in heavy truck or automotive industry is an asset.
• Familiarity with parts ordering and inventory control preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with detail orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze daily repair and service records.
• Handle calls regarding repairs and service.
• Review repair costs for accuracy and approval.
• Track inventory, stock levels, and parts orders.
• Prepare invoices and monitor billing on work orders.
