Charger Logistics Inc. in Brampton is seeking a Transportation Warranty Analyst to join our team.

You will work with Safety, Shop and Warehouse to process warranty claims and improve service department efficiency. The role involves analyzing transaction history, reconciling data, and preparing weekly and monthly reports, with 1–2 years warranty experience preferred and knowledge of truck/trailer parts an asset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warranty experience preferred; knowledge of truck and trailer parts is a plus.
• 3+ years in transportation, logistics, or insurance is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily review of completed truck repairs to determine warranty coverage.
• Submit warranty claims through manufacturers' websites and follow up.
• Track and document damaged inventory for reimbursement or credit.
• Review repair orders for proper completion and accuracy per policies.
• Check repair orders against service history to avoid duplicate claims.
• Maintain a record of all claims submitted, returned/rejected, or paid.
• Provide daily reports to the service manager regarding claims status.
• Review rejected warranty claims and prepare repair orders for resubmission.

Job description

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton office.

As a Transportation Warranty Analyst you will work closely with our Safety, Shop and Warehouse team to manage complete and accurate processing of warranty claims. You will be expected to contribute to the operational efficiency of the Service Department. The incumbent will also be responsible to analyze transaction history in our system, reconcile and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Responsibilities -:

• Perform daily review of all completed truck repairs, and determination of repairs that are covered under warranty.
• 1–2 years of previous warranty experience is preferred, with knowledge of truck and trailer parts and repair processes considered an asset.
• Submit warranty claims through manufactures website and following up with claims.
• Track and document damaged inventory received from suppliers, for reimbursement or credit.
• Review every warranty repair order written for proper completion, accuracy and legibility according to the applicable policies and procedures manual.
• Check each repair order against the truck’s service history to avoid making duplicate claims.
• Maintain a record of all claims submitted, returned/rejected, or paid and the current status.
• Provide a daily report to the service manager regarding claims status.
• Review all returned and/or rejected warranty claims and prepare the repair orders for immediate resubmission.

• 3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or insurance industries is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills is preferred.
• Experience with claims management systems and processes would be considered as an asset.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle operations and equipment types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
