• 1-2 years of dispatch experience in order to be considered for this role.
• Dedicated experience providing customer service in a similar work environment.
• Well organized, an excellent communicator and have a keen sense of timeliness.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, communication, problem solving and planning abilities.
• Ability to multitask and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Driver Retention Program: Build strong working relationships with assigned drivers and serve as their primary point of contact. Advocate for drivers by addressing concerns and coordinating solutions with internal teams. Establish performance goals and work with drivers to achieve operational, safety, and customer service objectives. Maintain accurate driver and equipment profiles. Support initiatives that promote driver satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
