Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in operations management.
• Current mechanic’s license and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with fleet maintenance and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team at the location.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Analyze fleet performance and recommend improvements.
• Oversee subcontractor repairs and payments with District Manager.
• Develop and administer maintenance budget.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Prepare weekly reports on maintenance activities.
• Train staff and support cost-management initiatives.
