What You'll Do:

  • Oversee our fleet to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
  • Investigate any service delays or issues, digging deep to find solutions and reporting directly to company leadership.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address operational concerns and maintain fleet integrity.
  • Ensure our trucks are in top-notch condition—fully equipped, safe, and ready to hit the road!
  • Play an active role in hiring, training, and mentoring drivers and subcontractors, making sure everyone knows the ropes (and hooks).
  • Share insights, updates, and ideas with leadership to improve operations and enhance business development.

Evaluation Process

  • Reference Checks.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Have a Valid Tow Certificate.
  • Complete necessary Training as required.
