Placements24 is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager in Kimberley to oversee vehicle maintenance operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost control across the fleet. You will lead a team of technicians, set preventive programs, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance.

The role requires strong automotive maintenance expertise and proven leadership, with emphasis on scheduling, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fleet management or automotive maintenance management.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience with maintenance scheduling software and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license; must be able to work on-site in Kimberley.
