About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to enhance the dependability and performance of their mechanical systems in Kimberley . This strategic role involves developing and implementing robust strategies to prevent failures, optimize asset performance, and ensure operational continuity. You will analyze failure data, conduct risk assessments, and lead initiatives to improve equipment lifespan and reduce maintenance costs. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and possesses a deep understanding of reliability-centered maintenance and predictive analytics in an industrial context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering programs for mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and other risk assessment methodologies.
  • Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends, root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
