Reporting directly to the Fleet Director, the Regional Fleet Lead is responsible for ensuring that Forbes Bros. meets all operational fleet requirements within their designated region. This role is accountable for implementing and enforcing best practices, policies, and procedures related to equipment and vehicle management, while upholding and promoting Forbes’ strong commitment to safety. The Regional Fleet Lead will also monitor fleet utilization within their entity or region, oversee and coordinate repairs and maintenance of company assets, and ensure operational efficiency and reliability across all fleet-related activities.
The range shown is the expected base pay range for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on role requirements, experience, qualifications, work location, applicable project/site requirements, internal equity, and any applicable collective agreement or union requirements.This range does not include overtime, premiums, per diem / LOA, bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation unless specifically stated in the job posting.
Base Pay Range: $50 CAD - $55 CAD
