You will process changes, renewals, submissions, and certificates, while maintaining strong insurer relationships and client satisfaction.

The role requires organization, proactive service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced brokerage environment and to identify cross-sell opportunities within underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

• RIBO license in good standing.
• 2+ years of commercial lines account management/service experience with a brokerage.
• Experience with trucking, transportation, commercial auto, or fleet insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer service to commercial clients via inbound calls and requests.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
• Prepare submissions, applications, proposals, and certificates of insurance.
