Job summary

BFL CANADA in Blainville is seeking a Client Service Representative to maintain and service a profitable book of business aligned with company objectives. You will handle client inquiries about insurance programs, respond promptly to calls and emails, and work with underwriters to collect missing information and documents.

The role requires at least 2 years of industry experience, AMF license, and willingness to obtain RIBO license, plus strong French and English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• AMF license required; willing to get RIBO license.
• Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries related to assigned insurance programs, providing timely and accurate information.
• Respond promptly to telephone calls and written inquiries from clients and underwriters, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
• Request, track, and follow up with insurers and clients for missing information, endorsements, or policy documentation.
• Review policy wordings and documentation for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
• Create abeyances and follow up on outstanding items from underwriters and clients to ensure timely resolution.
• Track and follow up on outstanding client receivables to ensure accounts are up to date.
• Prepare and manage the monthly Bordereau for assigned programs, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Support EPIC invoicing processes for assigned programs.
• Assist with various special projects and perform other duties as required by management.
