Qualifications

• Hold a valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot Licence - Aeroplane (CPL-A).
• Hold a valid Transport Canada Category 1 Medical Certificate.
• Hold a valid Group 1 Instrument Rating (IFR).
• Hold a Multi-Engine Rating.
• Have completed the IATRA, or SARON and SAMRA exams, or hold an ATPL-A.
• Minimum of 800 flight hours.
• Experience on Beechcraft 1900/1900D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of each flight, while maintaining passenger comfort and on-time performance.
• Operate as captain or first officer and work from Chrono Aviation's Québec City base.
• Commit to legal eligibility to work in Canada and bilingual operational environment.

Chrono Aviation was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the airline operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Chrono quickly attracted a clientele looking for a comfortable, efficient and safe flying experience. After a decade of operations, Chrono Aviation has grown its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs over 200 people. Chrono is the only airline in Quebec that offers aircraft that can accommodate from 9 to 189 passengers exclusively for charters. The prerequisites to join our great team:

• Hold a valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot Licence - Aeroplane (CPL-A)

• Hold a valid Group 1 Instrument Rating (IFR)
• Hold a Multi-Engine Rating

• Experience on the Beechcraft 1900/1900D is preferred
• Turbine aircraft experience is preferred
• A Beechcraft 1900D type rating is considered an asset
• Be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Canadian passport
• Be able to work in both French and English in an operational environment
• Be willing to work from our Québec City (CYQB) base
