Chartright Air Group is seeking a Pilot - Captain for the Challenger 350 based in Moncton (YQM). The role requires leading flight operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced private aviation environment.

The candidate should hold ATPL or CPL with IATRA, group 1 multi-engine IFR, Canadian Radio Telephone License, 3000+ total hours and 500 jet PIC hours. A university degree is preferred.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the Captain on the Challenger 350 aircraft in Moncton (YQM)
• Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
• Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
• Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
• Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions
• Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience
• Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required

What You Bring:

• Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IATRA
• Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
• Canadian Radio Telephone License
• Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time
• Minimum of 1000 hours PIC in a multi-engine aircraft PIC hours
• Minimum of 500 jet PIC hours
• A University degree or College diploma in Aviation preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs
• Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
• Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
• Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
• A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs
