Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. in Grimsby, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join their team.

The role involves maintenance, inspections and repairs on fire alarm, fire extinguisher and emergency lighting systems, with responsibility for on-site service and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to safety codes, and contribute to service excellence.

Qualifications

• CFAA Certification is required for the role.
• 2+ years of experience with fire alarm systems.
• Two years of community college in electronics or equivalent training is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, inspections and repairs on fire alarm and life safety systems.
• Complete work orders and document findings promptly.
• Perform on-call emergency service calls as needed.
• Serve as liaison between customer and Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd.
• Adhere to ULC, CSA and Canadian Electrical codes relevant to the area.
• Maintain highest standards of system reliability and customer satisfaction.
