Job summary

Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. in Timmins, ON is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team. The role focuses on maintenance, inspections and repairs of fire alarm and life-safety systems with a strong emphasis on reliability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include performing verifications, completing work orders, and providing on-call emergency service. CFAA certification and electronics background are preferred, with a valid driver’s license and excellent

Qualifications

Two years of electronics education or equivalent experience.
2+ years of fire alarm systems experience.
CFAA Certification is required.
Experience in inspections of fire alarm, extinguisher and emergency lighting systems.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist with maintenance, inspections and repairs on fire alarm, extinguisher and emergency lighting systems.
Ensure highest standard of system reliability and client satisfaction.
Perform verifications on fire alarm systems.
Complete work orders and report promptly.
On-call for emergency service calls and work.
Act as liaison between customer and Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd.
