Qualifications

• 2+ years in low-voltage electrical systems including Fire/Life Safety.
• Valid CFAA Certification and knowledge of safety practices.
• Experience reading blueprints and manuals; code familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls and diagnose Fire & Life Safety systems.
• Service, troubleshoot, inspect, and test equipment at customer sites.
• Read blueprints and manuals; communicate with customers for requirements.
• Document service activities and obtain customer signatures.
• Participate in on-call rotation and mentor teammates.
