You will read blueprints and manuals, perform troubleshooting, document work, obtain signatures, and participate in on-call rotations while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 2+ years in low-voltage electrical systems, CFAA certification, and strong customer service.

Formación

• 2+ years of documented experience in low-voltage electrical systems.
• Experience with Fire/Life Safety systems and inspections.
• Ability to read blueprints, submittals, and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and respond to service calls; diagnose issues on-site.
• Service, troubleshoot, inspect, test, and verify fire alarm systems.
• Read blueprints, submittals, specs, and manuals to support work.
• Document service work and obtain customer signatures.
• Participate in on-call rotation and mentor teammates.
