Job summary

HHHub.eu (Taupai, UAB) seeks an action‑oriented CEO to own the Lithuanian regulated entity’s P&L, execution, team, product direction, partnerships, and growth across Lithuania, the UK, and Asia.

This hands‑on mandate requires building an operating structure, driving revenue from euro payments, SEPA, and stablecoins, and partnering with banks, PSPs, issuers, and regulators while safeguarding governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven record of building and scaling FinTech, payments, banking, or crypto business from early stage to established operations.
• Experience building at least one function (product, operations, finance, or commercial) from zero to one.
• Previous CEO/COO/Managing Director/founder or senior operator experience.
• Hands-on responsibility for P&L management and strategic direction.
• Strong business development and partnerships experience.
• Leadership experience within EMI, PI, CASP, bank or regulated financial institution.
• Ability to make decisions under ambiguity and manage with limited resources.
• Work locations - Vilnius / Lithuania.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the company’s commercial, operational, financial, and product strategy.
• Take ownership of the P&L, budgeting, resource allocation, and overall business performance.
• Build the operating structure required to move from early traction to repeatable and sustainable growth.
• Originate and close strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, issuers, exchanges, liquidity providers, and financial infrastructure companies.
• Turn IBAN, SEPA, payment account, and stablecoin capabilities into scalable revenue streams.
• Work directly with product and technology teams to prioritise development around customer demand and commercial potential.
• Maintain constructive relationships with the Bank of Lithuania and other relevant regulatory stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, safeguarding, AML, risk, compliance, and regulatory reporting remain effective as the business grows.
• Recruit, lead, and coordinate a small senior team operating across Lithuania, the United Kingdom, and Asia.
• Represent the company with clients, partners, regulators, investors, and the wider payments and digital-assets market.
