Job summary

HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER (HRM) seeks a COO with a strong financial focus to lead its transformation program and strengthen the firm\'s operational and financial backbone across European offices.

The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with ExCom, Managing Partners and Practice Leaders to turn strategic priorities into measurable results while preserving the partnership culture. Regular travel across Europe is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive leadership experience across professional services or similar client-focused environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and integration programs.
• Experience operating across multiple European jurisdictions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the One Team operating model across offices, practices and support functions.
• Strengthen governance, decision-making processes, accountability and execution discipline.
• Oversee finance, controlling, treasury, reporting, IT, HR and operational support services.
• Improve management reporting, KPI dashboards and business intelligence capabilities.
• Improve working capital, billing discipline, cash management and financial performance.
• Lead ERP, finance systems, HRIS and operational technology transformation initiatives.
• Build a professional management layer across support functions and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Drive change management across multiple jurisdictions and cultures.
• Support AI adoption and operational innovation across business and support functions.
