Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking candidates for the Finishing department in our 24/7 manufacturing environment. The finishing role contributes to the production process, ensuring loads are prepared safely and efficiently to meet customer expectations and company objectives.

You will perform manual labor, palletize, wrap, label, and complete required quality checks while maintaining a clean work area and following SOPs and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Prior exposure to manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Able to read/interpret/complete information sheets/forms.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
• Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent communicator (speaking/writing/listening/reading).
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment under deadlines.
• Palletize product, wrap, strap, and label loads.
• Ensure all quality checks are performed following SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Safely perform tasks on and around moving machinery/equipment.
• Follow all company policies and safe work practices.
• Other duties as required and assigned.
