Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas per health standards.
• Operate dishwashing machines and wash pots, pans, and equipment manually as needed.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Provide support to the culinary team by ensuring tools and equipment are available and functional.
• Monitor and report maintenance needs for kitchen equipment.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and paper products; maintain clean floors and workspaces.
