The AGM will collaborate with the culinary team, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support the General Manager with administrative and strategic initiatives to sustain premium service levels.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a senior Front of House or restaurant management role.
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front of House operations including service team management, reservations coordination, and ensuring efficient table turnover.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with guests.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Coach, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure menu items and presentation meet high standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment.
