Qualifications

Supervisory or management experience in restaurants.
Valid Smart Serve Certification.
Passion for the art of fine dining and premier events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Actively lead daily restaurant operations with a strong floor presence during service.
Support Private Dining Events and a la carte service.
Inspire and motivate the team by communicating the restaurant's vision and values.
Monitor guest experience and back-of-house operations with attention to detail.
Develop staff through training, coaching and performance management.
Foster a warm, professional, guest-first culture.
Assist with scheduling, payroll, budgeting, inventory and invoicing.
Ensure the venue is well-maintained and operating at high standards.
Contribute to marketing efforts and guest outreach.
