Farm Credit Canada seeks a Senior Analyst, Finance Systems to lead and mentor finance system platforms while driving business process improvements. Qualifications

• A degree in accounting, business or commerce.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance systems, business process development or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of financial systems and business process optimization.
• Strong ability to translate technical information into clear business insights.
• Proven expertise in analyzing complex requirements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA & Concur is an asset.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting system transformation or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of data governance and financial data management.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in large organizations.
