Farm Credit Canada is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with business teams and deliver meaningful data insights through reports and dashboards. You will operate in an agile delivery environment, translating business questions into clear data requirements and scalable solutions.
You will build and enhance BI reports and dashboards using AWS QuickSight, Power BI or Tableau, collaborating with data developers and IT partners to ensure accurate, timely insights for decision-making.

Partner with business teams to understand problems, identify information needs and build reports, dashboards and queries that support data‑driven decision‑making. In this role, you’ll be part of an Agile delivery environment that connects business insight, product analysis and data visualization. Working with business partners, peer business intelligence analysts, data developers and other IT teams, you’ll help define requirements for data access layers and turn available data into practical, trusted reporting solutions. We’re looking for a collaborative, analytical problem‑solver who can turn business questions into meaningful data insights. You’re comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex needs into clear reporting requirements, data access needs and dashboard solutions. You bring strong communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills, paired with curiosity, attention to detail, and a product mindset that help deliver high‑quality business intelligence outcomes. If you have strong reporting experience, enjoy building dashboards that make data easier to understand, and can move confidently between business conversations and technical delivery, this could be the role for you.
