Job summary

Farm Credit Canada in Ontario is seeking a Relationship Management Associate to support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering accurate administrative support.

You’ll work with Relationship Managers to identify customer needs, respond to inquiries, and maintain office operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role blends client service with admin duties in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

  • A diploma in business.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships.

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, helping identify needs and opportunities.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify customer needs and proactively reach out to customers and prospects.
  • Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally, creating value and sales opportunities.
  • Keep the office running seamlessly by delivering professional front desk support.
  • Perform administrative tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations.

How you’ll make an impact

As a Relationship Management Associate, you’ll support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering fast, accurate administrative expertise that strengthens decisions and elevates the customer experience. Required qualifications
  • A diploma in business
  • A minimum of two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments
Preferred qualifications
  • Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
