The YMCA of Three Rivers is seeking a Retention Specialist to support Employment Ontario Services in Ontario. This role focuses on managing client data, processing financial supports, and assisting Employment Coaches to help clients achieve lasting success.
You will work with WeData/EOIS-CaMS, ensure data integrity, prepare documentation for funders, and provide frontline administrative support while upholding YMCA values and confidentiality. This is a 6-month contract starting Oct 19, 2026.

What you will do…
Reporting to the Supervisor of Employment Services Program, The Financial Support Admin will work as part of the team that provides employment services to Ontarians. Reporting to the Supervisor, the Admin is responsible for the collection and entry of client data for Employment Ontario Services programming. As part of a team, they will assist in meeting the strategic achievement of all desired outcomes and targets by supporting Employment Coaches and the whole Employment Services team by focusing on employment supports and the procurement of items for clients. The Admin will be responsible for all Employment Related Financial Supports (ERFS) purchases, financial receipts management, and administrative work required through WeData, EOIS-CaMS and financial databases, as well as making purchases in the community alongside clients. The position will also support data collection to supplement monthly reporting on program outcomes. Those duties are the collection and entry of specific required documents, such as receipts and other sensitive information, into WeData/EOIS-CaMS for the client’s file completion. The successful candidate will demonstrate a personal commitment to and understanding of the Y’s mission, vision, values and participant outcomes.
