The Adult Program Supervisor is responsible for leading the delivery, growth, and overall operation of the Adult Program department, including fitness centre services, personal training, group fitness programs and adult recreational sports.
Reporting to the Center Manager, this role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to staff and volunteers while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for members and participants. This position is fully on-site. Regular, in-person presence in the branch is essential to support our team and community.
The Adult Program Supervisor plays a key role in program quality, member engagement, staff development, volunteer leadership, and achieving participation and revenue goals that support the long-term sustainability of YMCA programs.
