Job summary

Money Mart is hiring a Financial Service Representative for our branch at 273 Barlow Ave. You will assist customers with personal lending inquiries, review applications, and process transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will cross-sell loans and other financial products, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations while delivering excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience in retail or sales roles is desirable.
• Experience with POS transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and process transactions accurately.
• Promote loans, credit cards, money transfers, and other financial products per policy.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and meet sales goals for the branch.
• Explain product features, terms, fees, and options clearly using approved materials.
• Collect and verify customer information to process applications and maintain records.
• Follow KYC/AML and privacy rules and ensure compliance in all actions.
• Reconcile cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Keep the branch area clean and customer-ready, support opening/closing procedures.
