Job summary

Conexus Credit Union in Humboldt is seeking a Financial Services Supervisor to lead and develop a team delivering a world-class member experience across Humboldt and surrounding branches. You will manage cash and branch activities while coaching staff to meet service and compliance standards.

The role requires strong customer-service background, leadership experience, and the ability to resolve complex member issues, with travel between Humboldt, Wakaw, Cudworth and Lanigan as needed.

• Direct experience with customer service.
• Formal or informal leadership exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex issues, such as resolving member complaints or system errors.
• Experience with branch operations and retail compliance requirements.
• Comfortable establishing and evaluating performance standards, making independent decisions, and coaching others.

The bigger picture

We’re looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as our Financial Services Supervisor in our Humboldt branch. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives who will in turn deliver a world‑class experience to our valued members. You will perform cash management services for the Humboldt branch network (Humboldt, Wakaw, Cudworth & Lanigan). Some travel may be required.

Salary range

$57,388 - $71,730 with a 7% Short Term Incentive Target
