Job summary

Conexus Credit Union in Regina seeks a Financial Services Supervisor to lead a frontline team of Financial Services Representatives, delivering a world-class member experience.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, monitor performance, and help the branch meet personal, department, and organizational goals while adhering to retail compliance and operations standards.

The bigger picture

We're looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as our Financial Services Supervisor in Regina. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of front line, Financial Services Representatives who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members.

How you'll be spending your time

• Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives (tellers)
• Helping the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals
• Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching, assisting with goal setting, and conducting performance reviews for all team members
• Actively participating in the development, monitoring, and adherence to Conexus targets, goals, and budgets

Salary Range

$ 56,540 - $70,670 with a 7% Short Term Incentive Target
