Job summary

Conexus Humboldt is seeking a Financial Services Supervisor to recruit, develop, coaching, and empower a team of Financial Services Representatives who will deliver a world-class member experience across Humboldt, Wakaw, Cudworth and Lanigan. You will perform cash management for the Humboldt branch network and travel may be required.

You will lead with integrity, drive performance, and ensure compliance while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in member services.

• Direct experience with customer service.
• Formal or informal leadership exposure.
• Ability to handle complex issues such as member complaints or system errors.
• Experience with branch operations and retail compliance requirements.
• Ability to establish and evaluate performance standards and coach others.

The bigger picture

We’re looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as our Financial Services Supervisor in our Humboldt branch. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members. You will perform cash management services for the Humboldt branch network (Humboldt, Wakaw, Cudworth & Lanigan). Some travel may be required.

Salary range

$57,388 - $71,730 with a 7% Short Term Incentive Target
