I'm working with a rapidly growing, boutique financial services strategy consultancy, which is looking to build its Canadian team. They have an impressive culture and offer great opportunities for progression, development, and leadership.

The team:

The team partners with leading financial institutions to create and execute sustainable strategy initiatives across their businesses. They work with insurance, reinsurance, wealth management, and asset management firms to deliver market-leading strategic change.

Their work is diverse and includes market entry, product development, marketing & customer strategy, digital strategy & transformation, and M&A strategy execution.

They operate across Canada and the US, including engagements in New York.

The role:

This role offers the opportunity to lead in a rapidly growing capability—building FS strategy expertise across Canada and the US.

Candidates should have experience leading projects in:

The client values candidates who are flexible across project types, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and eager to develop their skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing complex strategy projects—working with senior leaders of FS businesses to define and implement strategic and transformational solutions.
• Supporting internal initiatives such as bids, proposals, client management, and learning & development.
