Roles and Responsibilities

Our Strategy & Transformation consultants lead clients through impactful decision-making as they tackle strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges. They apply a broad set of problem-solving techniques to improve the client’s overall strategy, performance, and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client engagements across various industries and problem statements
  • Developing strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
  • Managing relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, assessing client agendas, internal culture, and change readiness

Additional responsibilities involve leading teams, fostering collaboration, providing mentorship, and working with internal stakeholders to scope projects and develop solutions.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or related fields
  • Experience managing teams and client relationships across multiple engagements
  • Knowledge of payments and consulting industries
  • Understanding of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, numerical analysis, and MS Office
  • Effective communication skills in English and local language (if applicable)

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in innovative solutions or industry expertise
  • MBA or relevant master's degree (not mandatory)
