Job summary

easyfinancial, the consumer lending arm of goeasy, is hiring a Financial Service Representative in Canada. You will build relationships with customers in person, over the phone, and by email, match their needs to suitable financial products, and help them improve their credit while driving cross-sales.

The role offers $18.00–$19.00 CAD per hour plus monthly bonuses, with comprehensive benefits including RRSP matching, employee discounts, and 24/7 healthcare access.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with a strong results orientation.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment, comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Sales-minded with ability to drive cross-sales and customer satisfaction.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada full-time; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers in person, over the phone, and by email.

• Capitalize on cross-sales and add-on products while maintaining customer trust.
