goeasy Ltd. is seeking a Financial Service Representative to build strong relationships with customers in person, over the phone, and by email.

You will understand customer needs, match them to suitable financial products, educate on credit building, and pursue cross-sell opportunities.

The role includes light collections, requires eligibility to work in Canada, and offers pay of CAD 19–20 per hour with monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis; we are not able to provide sponsorship.

We are offering $19.00 - $20.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
