You’ll handle cross-sell opportunities, assist with add-ons, and manage past-due collections with attention to detail. A background check and legal eligibility to work in Canada are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
