You will be responsible for generating sales and managing overdue accounts by engaging directly with customers, helping them build their credit through monthly payments.

Responsibilities :

  • Build superior customer sales experiences by engaging customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Show compassion and empathy, understanding customer needs and matching them to suitable financial products.
  • Educate and empower customers to achieve financial goals through credit building.
  • Capitalize on cross-sales and add-on products.
  • Clearly communicate terms and conditions of financial products.
  • Review and evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and risk assessments.
  • Manage collections activities for overdue accounts.
  • Secure all necessary information for customer applications with attention to detail.

Candidate Profile :

  • Excellent communicator, results-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Compassionate, with integrity in every interaction—deeply caring for customers.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Ability to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit).
