Position: Financial Service Representative

As a Financial Service Representative, your responsibilities include generating sales and managing overdue accounts through direct engagement with customers, assisting them in building their credit via monthly payments.

What You Will Do:

• Provide exceptional customer sales experiences in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Show compassion and empathy, understanding customer needs and matching them to suitable financial products.
• Educate customers to achieve their financial goals and build credit.
• Cross-sell financial products and add-ons.
• Explain terms and conditions of financial products clearly.
• Assess prospective loans through financial analysis and risk evaluation.
• Manage collections activities for overdue accounts.
• Gather detailed information to process customer applications accurately.

Who You Are:

• An excellent communicator, results-driven, and customer-focused.
• Compassionate, with integrity, and genuinely caring for customers.
• Some experience in a customer-facing role.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit).
