Position: Financial Service Representative

As a Financial Service Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and managing overdue accounts by engaging directly with customers, helping them build their credit through monthly payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build superior customer sales experiences through in-person, phone, and email engagement
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy, understanding customer needs and matching them to suitable financial products
• Educate and empower customers to achieve financial goals by building credit
• Leverage cross-sales and add-on products
• Explain terms and conditions of financial products clearly
• Review and evaluate loan applications through financial analysis and risk assessments
• Manage collections activities for overdue accounts
• Accurately gather information to process customer applications with attention to detail

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communicator, results-oriented, with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction
• Compassionate, with integrity and genuine care for customers
• Some experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Ability to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit)
