As a Financial Service Representative, you’ll generate sales and manage overdue accounts by engaging directly with customers, helping them build their credit through monthly payments.

• Build engaging customer sales experiences in person, over the phone, and via email

• Assess loan applications through financial analysis and risk evaluation

Who You Are

• An excellent communicator, results-driven, with a customer-focused approach
• Compassionate, with integrity and genuine care for customers
• Some experience in a customer-facing role
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit)
